 World championship of legends 2024 8^th Match. This match played at Edgbaston  stadium Birmingham on Saturday July 6^th 2024.

India won the toss and opt to bowl first. The performance of the Pakistan team was outstanding. Kamran Akmal scored 77 runs off 40 balls including 9(4s) and 4( 6s) . He was out from  Negi delivery , and Sharjeel scored 72 runs off on 30 balls including 7(4s) and 5 (6s) and he was dismissed by a delivery from Anureet. Sharjeel  and Akmal had a partnership of 145 runs. Maqsood 51 runs  on 26 balls including  2( 4s) and  5. (6s) He was dismissed by a delivery from RP Singh. Shoaib Malik was not out with 25 runs on 18 balls. Pakistan reached 243-4 runs by 20 overs. The bowling details for the India are giving below.

India champions started their run chase with intent  but managed to reached only 175/9 in 20 overs.  Raina  scored 52 off 40 deliveries. 

Rayudu contributed 39 runs off 23 balls and Uthappa scored 22 runs off 22 balls, Anureet remained not out with 20 runs off 14 balls.  

Therefore the India champions scored 275/9 in 20 overs.  India 175 runs including 12 ( 4s ) and 11(6s) . Pakistan champions won by 68 runs. The bowling lineup for the Pakistan champions given below.
